选取2013—2022年中国30个省级面板数据，构建基准回归模型与空间计量模型考察新质生产力对农民农村共同富裕的影响效应，并探讨就业结构在新质生产力与农民农村共同富裕之间的传导机制。基准回归结果表明，新质生产力可以显著赋能农民农村共同富裕。中介效应检验发现，就业结构在新质生产力和农民农村共同富裕之间发挥显著中介效应。空间效应检验结果显示，新质生产力对农民农村共同富裕存在显著的正向空间溢出效应。基于此，提出加快新质生产力发展步伐、着力优化农村劳动力就业结构、推动省际新质生产力协调发展的政策建议，以期为加快实现农民农村共同富裕提供理论借鉴与经验证据。

Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2022, a benchmark regression model and a spatial econometric model are constructed to examine the impact of new quality productivity on the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas, and to explore the transmission mechanism of employment structure between new quality productivity and common prosperity of farmers and rural areas. The benchmark regression results indicate that new quality productivity can significantly empower farmers and rural areas to achieve common prosperity. The mediation effect test found that the employment structure plays a significant mediating effect between the new quality productivity and the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas. The spatial effect test results show that there is a significant positive spatial spillover effect of new quality productivity on the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas. Based on this, policy recommendations are proposed to accelerate the development of new productive forces, focus on optimizing the employment structure of rural labor, and promote the coordinated development of new productive forces between provinces, in order to provide theoretical reference and empirical evidence for accelerating the realization of common prosperity for farmers and rural areas.
